2-Insulin Sensitizers : Biguanides ( Metformin ) , Thiazolidinedione (Pioglitazone , Rosiglitazone)
3-Alpha Glucosidase Inhibitors : Acarbose .
Other then New Diabetes drugs , various other medicines are also available in tha market such as Aurvedic and Homeopathic but their cinical response is inconsistant not documented .
