Father of Medicine Hippocrates Medicines or Medicine is derived from a latin word ars medicina, means art of living . Now Medicine has become wide variety of meanings i.e. it is a subject where various ailments can be studied or it is a drug to treat various types of sufferings .
From ancient days Medicine is in the practice to treat ailments . This is practised and developed in Greek , India, China, Egypt and few other countries and Hippocrates is considerd as Father of Medicine .
In modern days Medicine has become a science in many forms Allopathic , Ayurvedic , Homeopathic , Unani etc .
